Did you know that August 1st is recognized as Emancipation Day in Nova Scotia?!
The Town of Truro is partnering with the Community Enhancement Association – CEA to host events to commemorate Emancipation Day.
Emancipation Day Community Event – Sunday, August 7th, 2022 starting at 1:00pm at Stan ‘Chook’ Maxwell Memorial Park (264 Prince Street).
